I use an Rode NT USB Mini Microphone, with headset connected.

When I record a game, the external audio fails. I dont hear it anymore.

I just had a recording and couldnt hear the game anymore.

When I played the video it was there.

But I dont know if it always is. Its the second time that happened to me now after I bought the software.

Its bad, when I dont hear the ingame audio anymore. I need to hear it on my headphones to make a better video!

Hope u can help or have any advice!

Im using Windows 11, german version.

I also did other audio recordering before Bandicam (karaoke), but never had the problem, that the audio failed.

I will now try different settings first. I had the mic plugged in the monitor usb hub, maybe that can be a problem also, I just do some try and error here first

Thank you for your report.
Do you mean that you cannot hear the game sound during recording but the recoded video has the game sound?
If you still have the same problem, please attach the screenshots of the Bandicam Recording settings window and Windows Sound settings window.
