I'm guessing you already tried the usual steps:
- use latest version of bandicam
- run as admin
- (I guess this is a thing now, so...) run as non-admin
- reboot your system (which you will probably have, at least now)
you seem to be good with computers, so I guess you'll be able to try ending all of the non-critical (not necessary to keep the system running) processes and try again.
Why do this? Sometimes another process interferes with Bandicam, usually that would be the antivirus (if you can't exit out of it, just try disabling) or additional hardware enhancing software.
If this has no effect, please tell us a little about yourself, as described in section 3 of
the official MIPFD (most important forum document, aka the rules).
