I have a question

How do I add a recording counter before it starts recording???

Everytime I want to record something, my mouse arrow gets caught in the video, which i don't want in the video...

I just need 3 seconds to run and press the play button but when i press the record button it starts recording really quick and my mouse again gets caught running for the play button.

HELP PLEASE!... WHAT CAN BE DONE HERE???
