At what quality will I be able to record?

Just downloaded the free trial and will most likely be buying the full version for recording gameplay.
My system specs:
Intel core i5-760
8 GB ram
ATI 6970
2 7200 RPM HD's totaling over 1TB
So, what kind of videos will I be able to record, quality wise?
And some settings suggestions would be nice as I am completely new to this.

Hello,
When you record a game or streaming video, use "DirectX/OpenGL window" capture mode.
If you want to record a desktop screen, use "Rectangle on a screen" capture mode
* Video Format Settings
- You can increase the FPS from 30 to 60
- You can increase the Video Quality from 80% to 100%

In the presets, is Youtube High Quality the best choice when making youtube videos?
When i watch them they look horrible and i noticed that it goes to 480x0. I was happy with the quality of my full size videos. Will the HQ Youtube videos look better than the ones I have already uploaded?
I'm sorry, I would test this myself, but my connection is down and I am on an iphone.
Is it true that youtube can only show 30fps?

Hi JayHump,
With your spec of computer I would say at least 720p footage. What are your intentions with the footage? Also whats your screen resolution?
Full HD (1080p or 1920x1080) is somewhat difficult to achieve whilst trying to maintain a comfortable 60FPS (Frames Per Second) as the strain on the system is unforgiving. File sizes are big and the raw data has an impact on your fps.

Hello,
The current YouTube presets are not suitable for the YouTube video.
If you want to make 720p video for YouTube, go to Bandicam Format settings
and then choose "Fit Height", and type 720.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
