Bandifix not Fixing?

Sun Feb 05, 2012 2:03 pm

Ok, so today was recording a video, was about to end the recording, but my computer froze before I got a chance to..

I tried the bandifix tool, but after choosing the file to fix, its just sitting there, not even attempting to fix it..

[Edit] I tried reinstalling Bandicam, and nothing, it still won't fix the file...

Hello,

We have sent the 1.7.5 version to your email.

If you still can't fix the problem, send the broken avi file at bandicam@bandisoft.com

You may send the video file through the storage service below:
- Dropbox (2GB~): http://www.dropbox.com/
- The free account can upload up to 2GB or higher. (Files uploaded to Dropbox via the desktop application have no file size limit.)

There is no file size limit in BandiFix...
Sorry to say that but, you may have to search more professional *.avi fixing software.

Please use Auto Complete Recording function when you record for a long time.

Sorry to tell you this but, we haven't tried other avi fixing software.

If BandiFix failed to fix/repair/recover the corrupted AVI file, play the broken video file through VLC media player.

If you can play the broken AVI file with VLC media player, please re-record the video file (while it is playing) through Bandicam.
