Hi! Halo Infinite just released and I wanted to make a video on it, but Bandicam won't show even show FPS on screen. I currently have version 4.5.4 1624 and that's because it was suggested to me last time I posted when I was having issues recording Fortnite.

Do I need to update to be able to record the new game? Will it stop me from being able to record other games? Thanks in advance!

We were able to recreate the issue where the Bandicam Game Recording Mode does not detect Halo Infinite.

How did you record it?

With Halo Infinite running, select the screen recording mode of Bandicam and simply click on the game's window to set the size for the recording. After that just simply press record while you play and stop when you are done.

Hi there, I think I've rectified the issue, at least on my end. See the newly recorded video without lag here (https://youtu.be/H2DkK-8xPjQ) and let me explain the steps below:
1. Launch Halo first and then Bandicam (the latest version 5.3.1.1880).
2. In Bandicam select the game recording mode (and allow it to run as admin). If you go back to the game, you should now see the fps in the upper left corner (or wherever you've defaulted it to).
3. Now, I'm assuming you have dedicated graphics (Nvidia in this case). What you want to do is change your video defaults in Bandicam, so it uses H264 Intel Quick Sync to record, not the Nvidia NVENC. My guess is because the Nvidia card is busy trying to run the game, it lags a lot when you also use it to record gameplay, hence me telling you to try the Intel option.

We have confirmed that we are able to record the game with Bandicam Game Recording Mode on some PCs when using H264(Intel QuickSync Video) and H264(NVIDIA NVENC).
We will keep an eye on this issue.
