Hi I just updated to 1.7.3 and it crashes every time i record a video. If i turn off the one track audio thing, it works. I tried stiwtch to pcm, and that doesn't work. It says its a runtime error, if that helps. How can i record to one track and have it not crash?

Are you sure you updated your sound card driver? If not then update it.

Make you sure you got codecs installed, search for "CCCP" in google and proceed to download.

2. Could you capture "Record settings" window like below?
- Capture Image1: When you have a problem.
- Capture Image2: When you don't have a problem.

3. Could you capture "Format Settings" window like below?
- Capture Image3: When you have a problem.
- Capture Image4: When you don't have a problem.

4. What are you trying to record? Which game? Skype?

1. Tried both, both have same crash.

2. The first is it not working, the second is when it is

3. I found no settings make a difference, so here is my normal settings.

4. Mostly video games such as minecraft and Tf2, but also occasionally my desktop for software reviews and such.

just instlled them, doesnt help at all.

When you use "Two Sound Mixing" option, it crashes. Right?

Could you try again "Win7 Sound (WASAPI)" setting both in "Primary and Secondary sound device" like below?

He need to know if it's the new function who is causing the crash so it can be fixed, hopefully. Follow what he sayed and come back to tell us.

I fixed it! I bought myself a licence of bandicam with Paypal and it started working! I guess buying it gives you a little more then no watermark and a longer recording limit, it makes it work! lol
