I recorded a video of a game for testing ...
A reading (with VLC), the general picture is sharp, but the colors are pale, they lack brilliance, compared to the original game screen.

How can I have more brilliance to the record?

Use a codec that records in RGB or YUV4:4:4 for original colours.

Keep in mind that, if you upload to Youtube later, the videos will be converted to YUV4:2:0 anyways, which means slight colour reduction.

I installed "Media Player Classic Home Cinema" and the colors are much better than VLC.
This is, perhaps, a problem that drive recording.

For codec, I use this: http://www.codecguide.com/ for years ... But I do not know if it records in RGB or YUV4: 4: 4.
