Files recorded by Bandicam cannot be opened in Bandicut

Hello there,
I do recording by Bandicam using HEVC 264 codec and it's well played by MPC-HC, but it's not recognized after by Bandicut & Adobe Premier - they just say that they don't know the file format. That's happen always.
Does someone have any ideas on how this can be fixed? Just purchased Bandicam and figured out that best codec up to date (HEVC) is not fully supported..
