dears, please help how to delete video with my participation from server and Someone's PC? please help.

Get a physical access to that pc/server and delete it. We are here to help users which have problems with Bandicam, we will not help you to hack someone else pc.

No need to hack someone PC data. There i video with me. Done inspite of my wish. So i need delete that from Bandicam server only, and automatically the file only to be blocked in his/her PC. In order the file/video couldn't be sent to anyone else/third party. This is of my personal data security matter.

Bandicam's server(s) does not store videos. Files showed in bandicam's output list reside in your computer hdd, default folder is C:\Users\MyUsername\Documents\Bandicam.
You can easily go in that folder and delete all the files you want if you have physical access to that pc, or you can use an ftp software to delete a file from a server.

Do you want to delete the recorded files from other person's PC or server?
How did you save your recorded files in other person's PC or server?
Did you use the network drive as your output folder?
Could you be specific?
