Issue with "Keep Original Size"

Whenever a video is converted through "Encoding Mode" with "Keep Original Size", the resolution ended up being 644x480 instead of 640x480 or 1284x720 instead of 1280x720. All output codecs share that same issue. "Keep Original Size" works perfectly fine for "High-Speed Mode" though.
