Hello
I have noticed a lot of these posts are from 2 years ago however the same problem is occuring. I purchased bandicam and bandicut for work purposes and although there is no issues with bandicam i am having issues with bandicut on a daily basis when trying to upload to youtube. I have no issues with my youtube quotas on my developer console settings. Please let me know how it is going to be resolved. thank you.

Bandicam and Bandicut exceeded the YouTube quota, and the quota will be reset at midnight Pacific Time (PT)

I'm having the same issue. If this is a recurring issue, maybe you shouldn't advertise that your product can upload to YouTube. There are other products that do the same thing and actually work. We haven't upload any videos, we just purchased your product and can't load our first video.
