BAD QUALITY ON REGISTERED VERSION

Thu Dec 17, 2015 1:20 pm

I paid $40 for the registered version, and it says "HIGH QUALITY GAME RECORDING SOFTWARE" That's the only reason I bought it, and now it's a fail

Please Help me (OR A REFUND)

Hello!

It might be a problem with the codec or your media player.
Please play the recorded video through other media players such as VLC media player, or POT media player.

If you still have the problem, please send a short video clip to bandicam@bandisoft.com

Wait some more, YouTube takes some time (sometime hours) for a video to render it in higher resolutions.

Some more details on your recording settings and resolution would be helpful to assist you probably.

Give us more details like how your options for recording in Bandicam looks like.

Also, let us know if you used any video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas to trim or edit your videos. All these contributes to video quality and resolutions when you upload to YouTube.

If you recorded a raw video on Bandicam and it looks fine when you run the video, chances are it's Youtube or your browser side that might be the issue when viewed online.

I dont really edit for my videos, i just render them, add an intro and and outro, I just use Windows live movie maker, i have Sony vegas pro but I cant use it coz the bandicam files dont comply with SVP.
And BTW i added a 4 min. long video and it's perfect as in HD, but on the other hand, for my long vids they're poor quality
