Black screen....

when i take a screen shot, then go to look at it.. i have a black screen.. what gives ? I like bandicam.. i think it's great.. i just purchased it. and now this happens.. i tried restarting my computer.. still black screens.. plz help..

thx.. i will try it after i get back from work.. which option do i try ? not exactly a computer pro.
