Sorry to bring this up, about the Forum itself - but I just ran into this, where I wanted to Edit a post I just made a couple of minutes earlier - but found I could not...

Editing a post to make corrections or add something I forgot, is usually a normal activity on Forums; is there something I am missing?

I mention this here, because there does not seem to be a "Forum Technical Issues" section, heh

If that is how Forums are starting to behave now, I guess I just didn't notice that yet...

If I may add a thought, perhaps it has to do with the new look/changes of the Forum here?

It looks nice and clean and modern, but perhaps the Editing function is not working fully yet?

Actually it should work.
Don't you see a pencil and trash icons on the top or the bottom of your posts?
We've confirmed the icons are active and there's no problem to edit or delete the posts with not only an administrator account but also a user account.

Thank you for your Official Reply, sorry again to bother you with this small detail.

After a short time (a couple of minutes), the Pencil and Trash are no longer seen. Only the Quote and Flag are seen.
This occurs in Edge and Chrome browsers.

I have taken a Screenshot to show what it looks like: It is not a huge thing, I thought it was the new behaviour of the Forum, heh.

Here is a Screenshot of the Message that comes up when I click on the Pencil a short time after submitting the Post. After that time, the Pencil and Trash Can is no longer seen in the Thread.

Thank you for getting back to us again.
We've confirmed the issue where the edit and remove icons disappear 1 minute after the user's post.
It was originally designed to prevent spam posts.
Now we've extended this time limit to 7 days.
You can edit or delete your post within 7 days from the first post.
