So thats my problem ; The output AVI video has sound but no video .
So what now ??

While I can't download and test it myself at the time [work], have you tried to download the newest version of the Xvid codec? Also, will this happen for each codec setting?

You mean the 1.7.0 Bandicam didn't have the latest Xvid codec ??
Anyway i am using Windows 7 x64 if that matter but i do record some other game like Mass Effect 2 , Crysis & Dirt 2 with Bandicam without any problem and yes i do try other codec setting as well but just sound , no video for Dirt 3 .
Thanx for the Xvid Codec download links but it doesnt solve the problem . Actually i believe for some reason bandicam only grab the game sound from Dirt 3 but not the video because normally a 10 second recording should sized around 25-35mb according to my usual setting but now its less than 200KB (cause of new game graphic engine ?? game play in Directx 11 ??)
Thanx for helping and i hope this issue can solve asap cause i still prefer to record game using Bandicam than Fraps

Do you mean Bandicam will have a new version to deal with this problem in 2-3 weeks time ?? Thats bit long but its ok i will wait and thanx too for fixing the problem

Anyway Bandicam might want to check whether it has another bug on another new game 'Brink' cause the overlay FPS is not showing most of the time in this game no matter its recording or not
