I have to have my computer reset to factory settings. I will need to reinstall Bandicam once this is done. Is it as simple as uninstalling and reinstalling once it's reset? I also noticed that my serial number ends in XXXXXXXX-XXXX. Is that a series of numbers that I will need? Thanks.

You got an email after buying Bandicam. There should be the serial number you need to reinstall the software.

If you lost the serial number, go to http://www.bandicam.com/buy/ and enter your purchasing email address at the license check section. Your license will be sent to your email again.
