can't retrieve my serial number

can't seem to activate my bandicut because I had it before and I paid for the year and for some reason it won't show nothing up when I try to retrieve the license registration it will not send it to my email how am I supposed to have something if I can't activate it and I paid for it I have proof here my email D*********@YAHOO.COM
