Issue with the Vulkan renderer

I encountered an issue with the Vulkan renderer in Dota 2 while attempting to use both the Steam Overlay and Bandicam simultaneously. Initially, both worked fine together, but when I switched back to DX11, I noticed that Bandicam still functions properly while the Steam Overlay fails to work unless I exit Bandicam.

I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue. Should I consider it a problem with the Steam Overlay or is it a problem specifically related to Bandicam? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Your problem with Bandicam, the Steam Overlay, and the Vulkan renderer in Dota 2 may be complicated and involve several interdependent parts. The following advice may assist you in troubleshooting and perhaps resolving the issue:

Verify the settings for Steam Overlay. Make sure the Steam Overlay is turned on by going to Steam > Settings > In-Game. Furthermore, you can attempt switching the compatibility mode for Steam Overlay by right-clicking Dota 2 in your Steam Library, choosing Properties, and then going to the General tab.
