Can you add the AV1 codec for the conerter?

If you have graphic cards that support AV1, you will be able to see the AV1 codec in Bandicut's encoding settings.

The latest Bandicut v 3.8.0.819 doesn't show me the AV1 option even though I have ASUS RTX 4090 and always use the AV1 nvenc in Handrake. I'm using the full version (not the free...) and most of the options showing in your drop down list are missing in this version on mine, including AV1 and all the Intel QuickSync options.

How do I "activate" the missing encoders in Bandicut please?
