Hello, I'm brand new to Bandicam and am trying to record a 'specific window' behinds the scenes while I multi-task on my PC. I've followed the instructions to record a 'specific window' and it records video and audio great UNTIL I click on another window to multi-task. When I get onto the other window, the recording only captures audio and the screen goes black. If I stay on the window, everything records fine.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
