Slight frame skips while recording

Even when I try to update the software, change some graphics card settings, or use a different codec, I still get this error.
Example (Focus on the 60fps footage and you'll see the jumps):

First, make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date, as outdated drivers can cause video playback problems. Secondly, check your video player settings or try a different player to see if the issue persists. Also, ensure you're using a compatible codec for your system and video format. Experiment with hardware acceleration settings in your player, as toggling this option can sometimes make a difference. Finally, if you're editing the video, review your rendering settings
