very large file

I am using the trial version of Bandicam, I had a mp4 video several hours long probably 8 hours that was 33 GB in size. When I trimmed it to 2 hours now the size is still 29 GB. Anyone know how this can be?

Hello,
Did you use the High-Speed mode?
With [High-Speed mode], you can quickly cut videos without converting (encoding) them and without decreasing the quality.
If you can't use [High-Speed mode], you must use [Encoding mode] of Bandicut. Please check the following link to reduce the file size in Encoding mode.
