How to cut precisely?

Hi everyone,

I tried to cut a MKV movie I recorded via OBS and a capture card connected to the TV Box I received from my provider and which lacks capabilities of recording stuff. I noticed when I start the processing the cuts are very imprecise. Especially the beginning of subsequent segments starts 3-4 seconds earlier then the keyframes I defined and regardless of whether I change the keyframe to 5 or more seconds later the cut remains the same.

I tried also with checking the respective option to cut/merge after keyframes in high-speed mode or reimport generated parts and then perform a cut on that part but the beginning of the part remains the same.

Is there an option to exactly cut a MKV video at the position where I define the start and end positions of the respective segments?
