How to renew your Bandicam Annual License

To renew your Annual License, enter the email address and serial number associated with the license.
If you forgot your email address or serial number, please send your payment receipt to bandicam@bandicam.com.

When is the best time to renew my license?
Although you can renew your license at any time during the period of use, we recommend you renew your license 1-2 months before it expires.

What happens if I don't renew my license?
When your license expires, the Bandicam watermark (www.BANDICAM.com) will be added to your videos, and each recording will be limited to 10 minutes (like the free version). We recommend you renew your license before it expires to enjoy the full range of features of Bandicam.

Will my license be renewed automatically?
If you didn't agree to the auto-renewal option when purchasing, your license will not be renewed automatically. Please enter your license information on this page to renew your license manually. If you agreed to the auto-renewal option, you can simply manage your auto-renewal.

Can I change the serial number after renewal?
The license period will be extended after renewal. If you want to change the serial number after renewal, please contact bandicam@bandicam.com

Can I renew Bandicam and Bandicut together?
You must renew Bandicam and Bandicut separately. To renew both products at once, please purchase package products and contact us at bandicam@bandicam.com with your license information, and we will process the renewal manually.

Quotation + How does a reseller renew a customer's license?
The renewal price is the same as purchasing a new license. To get a quote, visit https://www.bandicam.com/company/quotation/. To renew a license on behalf of the end user, purchase a new license and email us at bandicam@bandicam.com with your customer's license information.

How do I check my license information and expiration date?
You can check your license information in the Bandicam [About] tab. If you have renewed (purchased) your license, click the refresh icon to check the updated license information, or click “Update Registration” and enter the new serial number.
