Can someone help me. I am using windows 7 and I was messing around and downloaded new codecs but now I can't record. When I press the record button it wont start although it shows the frame rate display.

Is there a way I can install the right codec thanks.

When I press the record button it wont start although it shows the frame rate display.

What is your recording target?
Can you see the green FPS number or red FPS number when you press the record button?
Can you record your desktop screen with the 'Rectangle on a screen' mode of Bandicam?
Can you record other games with the 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode of Bandicam?

* Some solutions.

1. Start Bandicam before the recording target.

2. Start "Bandicam" and "the recording target" as an administrator.


3. Uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and check "Run this program as an administrator", and then try it again.

I fixed it I downloaded the bandicam update and it fixed it thanks!
