Is there any way to disable Bandicam from functioning when it detects these apps without having to constantly toggle the FPS feature on and off? Something like a blacklist for apps you don't want Bandicam to act on or a whitelist for apps you do?

I keep Bandicam running all the time because I like to see an FPS counter in the games I play. However it can be exceptionally annoying in apps which use DirectX to render their UI, with Excel 2013 being the worst example I have come across:
