For the last week and a bit any time I do a full screen recording the finished video will at random freeze, not recording any video or sound while only showing a freeze frame, for a few seconds before the returning to normal. I've had this issue before, but it was only caused because I hadn't emptied my recycling bin in who knows how long, this time though this isn't the case. I recorded a video with the preformance tab of task manger open and it showed that most of the time after a freeze would happen that there would be a large spike of activity on my C drive, and after some tests I discovered that my SSD C: drive was on the verge of failing so I had it replaced, but the issue is still happening.
I've reinstalled both my GPU drivers and bandicam several times over the course of these events.
I've had an intel Core i5-8600k with an Intel Arc A750 GPU for the last couple of months with no problem, and I have 16 GB of RAM on my machine
On Bandicam my recording settings are H264 Intel Quick Sync video at 30 fps 4000kbps for video, and AAC 48.0KHz stereo, 192 kbps for audio.
I have recording I've tried recording priority at both High and Highest with the same results, I'm using enhanced capture method.
And I record both the screen and a webcam as seprate video files with auio also being recorded in 2 seprate file (system and microphone) but these have always been the settings I've used.
Can anyone help me?
