Question about Xvid 99999 Bitrate Format Setting
my question is simple .. like what you can see in the attached picture that i set the Bitrate to 99999 but the actually Bitrate while recording not even 40000 ... so is there anything wrong or what

Even though you set 99999, the Bitrate can be lower.
If you want to get the best quality video, you may check "VBR" and "Quality 100".
This option will be the maximum bitrate of your video.
