Sound issues

Wed Jul 15, 2015 9:55 pm

Hello,

I've got a sound problem, i've made some research in Google and in the forum and find some things but nothing could help me so i'm creating a new subject about that.

So, there is the context :

- I am using free bandicam and want to buy it when my problems will be solved.
- Windows 7 with all things updated.

And my problem is when I put a video on youtube (music and stuffs) it works fine, got no problem with that BUT if I want to record a video game or something the song is not working anymore, no matter the video game I just got no sound except my mic so this is quite annoying to record a video with no sound there is nothing i can do with that kind of stuff.

Here are my settings :

So as you can see I have 3 sources :
- Win7 Sound ( everybody knows what it is )
- Haut Parleurs ( ASUS .... ) are my speakers on my sound card ( it's and headphone but no prob I guess )
- Microphone (ASUS ... ) it's my microphone on sound card again.

So here I disabled the second source which I put usually my microphone and in main source the song of my PC, i've tried both ( Win7 Sound / Speakers ) and it's just don't works no matter what.

I've tried to save the audio in .wav just to see if there is anything like low song or something but no, just 0Db all time long.

So if anyone know something that can help me i would be very happy because I just can't do anything and it's quite annoying :(

By the way ! I've got some interferences on my microphone so if anyone knows how to fix this too it would be like very cool cause i would have 0 issues to record my videos !

Thanks to pay some attention to my issues !

Hello!

It seems that you set the microphone as your default sound device.

Please try the solutions below:

1. Set your speakers (Haut Parleurs ( ASUS .... )) as your default device, and try it again.

2. If you still have the problem, choose your speakers (Haut Parleurs ( ASUS .... )) as your primary sound device, and try it again.

Well thanks for the answer, but i went to ASUS support and look at the pilote, they were a new pilot available just installed it and now it works fine, it's weird because the "new pilot" was out for years now so i taught I already was at the last update :w

Hello,

Ensure Bandicam settings match your system's audio sources. Try selecting "Win7 Sound" as the primary source. Check game audio settings and update audio drivers. Address microphone interference by adjusting settings or using filters.

Hope this helps!
