Hello,

I was very happy to see that you updated Bandicut so it can keep original video resolution of each file when joining multiple videos. However it is not working correctly. The good news is in this new build the second and third videos and so on are no longer getting "stretched" like they did with the last build. However they are still not 100% in there original video resolution unfortunately.

Here are some screenshots to show you some examples to show you what I mean.









The first 2 screenshots are from after I used Bandicut to combine the 2 video files twice in 2 different orders. And the ssecond pair of screenshots are from the original video files that were not combined yet.

As you can see in the screenshots each of the second video does not fill the whole screen like it does in it's original video resolution. I combined 2 different video files each twice in a different order. And everytime the first video keeps the original video resolution but the second video file gets messed up. It is better with this newer build like I said because the video files no longer get "stretched" but they still are not being converted in it's original video resolution size.

I just installed build 2.0.2.207 and this issue is still not fixed.

Just wanted to let you know.

It might be a problem with the codec or your media player.

Could you please try it again with the default settings of Bandicut? (Click "No.9")

(We found the video file on YouTube. However, we couldn't reproduce the problem you mentioned.)

I tried everything including hitting the reset button and also a few different media players for playback and I can not get the joined video file with 2 different size videos to stay in there original video resolution.

I just sent you the Joined Video plus the 2 original video files that I used for testing.
