I was using the bandicut tool to split 8 hour video clips into 1 hour segments last week, the process was smooth and fast. This week the process of splitting the video clips has slowed significantly. The process is now running at a speed of 2 or 3. My process of selecting clips has not changed and the clips are approx. the same size. Have there been any changes to the system which may have caused this?

Video editing speed may vary depending on information such as resolution and codec as well as video file size.
