Ok, so I have a fire wire card installed on my PC. If I wanted to use Nero its fine as it can see the camcorder connected via firewire, however when using
Bandicam it doesnt see the same camcorder?

Hi, ok so using my Surface Pro 4 I have the same issue when converting from VHS. I have this connected via a Honestech Vidbox using red, while and yellow leads and then a usb lead to the Surface.

What is causing this delay in the audio please?

Hi, after capturing a VHS using Bandicam and a Honestech Vidbox, the audio is out of sync with the video. Is there something I am doing wrong?
