I recommend MagickYUV for everything. It is a lossless codec, which means exactly that: lolsless.

I removed Bandicam and installed it fresh. The Blurriness is now gone... I also reinstalled the codec I have been using to record (MagickYUV). One of this helped obviously. I am happy to report everything is okay now.

Unfortunately on my system deactivating the second screen does not help with blurriness.

If you buy the full version of Bandicam the watermark is not included in your videos anymore (as you know). I suggest you do this instead of tricking around with any other measures to remove the watermark (or cover it up with something else). Support the developer if you like the software. Free vers...

Use a codec that records in RGB or YUV4:4:4 for original colours.

Keep in mind that, if you upload to Youtube later, the videos will be converted to YUV4:2:0 anyways, which means slight colour reduction.
