Today, after installing the newest NVIDIA-Driver, the problem got solved. They have released a driver for the 1803 update a few days ago and I still had the previous driver installed.
unfortunately Bandicam, to this date, still uses the 32bit Codec variant of MagicYUV instead of the 64bit version. Would be nice if this could get fixed in the next update.
