Hello dear people at Bandicam,

since the last Windows update it is no longer possible to record Civilization VI. It may be other DX12 Games are affected as well.

Bandicam can not hook to these games anymore. The FPS counter does not show up in these games anymore.

We have tested Civilization VI (steam) on Windows 10 1803 updated version and found that there is no problem with hooking DirectX 12 games.

Please uninstall Bandicam and install the latest version of Bandicam and try recording again.
If it does not seem to work, please let us know if you are able to record the game in windowed mode.
Also, please let us know if you have the same issue with other DirectX 12 games.

Today, after installing the newest NVIDIA-Driver, the problem got solved. They have released a driver for the 1803 update a few days ago and I still had the previous driver installed.
