FPS would help the filesize, quality not too much I don't think.
It also would be good for you to take a look at the video codecs, some of them compress more than others, but if they compress more they use more resources.

Danes. Both Bandicam and Deltree have said that removing PhysX will solve the problem. Try it. Also, if DXTory is the only software to work (unless you've only tried DXTory & Bandicam), then it's most likely not software's fault. You don't have to record with "rectangle on a screen" to get the sound from Skype. Unless you've set your Skype to a different sound card than what Windows 7/8 uses on default, then Bandicam records the sound if you've set your sound settings to record "Win7 Sound (WASAPI)" or so...

It means that it needs administrator privileges to open. It's common when it comes to Windows 7/8, unless you have the "UAC" disabled.
