1. What version of Bandicut did you try to open?
To check the version information, go to the installation folder (C:\Program Files\Bandicut), right-click on bdcut.exe and click the properties, go to Details.
2. Please also check if you can run it in safe mode.
Go to the installation folder (C:\Program Files\Bandicut), and click the "bdcut_safemode" shortcut.
3. Please check if it is ok to install version 3.1.5 from the link here.
