I just upgraded my HP Laptop to Windows. Since then, my Bandicam Recorder has not worked. Whenever I attempt to record, my videos begin with a blank screen followed by a video, but sometimes they stay blank. Anytime I stop my video to begin a new section, it jumps to the last portion I recorded and does not match the audio. Other times, it does the same, except my video stops while the audio continues. I tried everything, including adjusting the video format, quality, and frame rate, but nothing worked. How can I repair this? Can I possibly update Bandicam? What should I do?

Please install the latest version of Bandicam and try recording again.

If it does not work, please let us know the recording mode, recording target, your Bandicam format settings and your PC specs such as CPU, GPU, OS, and graphics driver version.
