1. Bandicut is now able to save(capture) images from videos.

3. The "Set Segment Start/End Time" hoktey has been changed from "[ and ]" to "S and E".
4. Improved the Output folder selection UI.
5. Bugs fixed
- The YouTube upload function occasionally failed.
- Bandicut crashed when a user changed Cutter or Joiner.
- Bandicut didn't stay maximized after it cut or joined.
- When Bandicut added many segments or files, Bandicut crashed or showed "Out of memory" while it was cutting or joining.
- Other minor bugs fixed.
