can't buy it from Turkey

Paypal left Turkey since 6th of June.
Avantgate's site doesn't load.
I can't buy anything.

Please give me an American working abroad a payment method.

(If you still have the same problem, please try another web browser such as IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

I am actually trying to buy Bandicut. I already have bought Bandicam before the Paypal-exit. Help?

OK. I clicked the Turkish flag on bandisoft's bandicut page and it referred me to bandicam.com.tr
I bought it throught there. But still waiting for the serial.
