Cutter not cutting

Sun Jan 07, 2024 11:33 pm

I have an MKV file (specifications below) and I am trying to cut the first 3.24 seconds and then render in High-Speed mode because there are 2 parts and I want to maintain the same file specs so I can then join the 2 parts together without having to encode again - but Bandicut refuses to apply the 3.24 second trim when I render in High-Speed mode :( It will only apply my trim if I render in Encoding Mode which then means I cannot use High-Speed Mode to join the 2 parts together because Encoding Mode changes the specs of the re-encoded file :/

How to fix this issue please?

The source file specs are:

Hello,

Bandicut can precisely cut videos by "Frame" while maintaining the quality of the original video. However, some video files can only be cut by "Keyframe" in High-Speed mode. In this case, the start time of the video may change.

If you use [Encoding mode], you can cut the video precisely by "Frame."
