Bandicam 4.6.1 (07/09/2020) - AMD VCE/VCN HEVC encoder

We are pleased to announce the release of Bandicam 4.6.0.

1. Bandicam now supports the AMD VCE/VCN HEVC encoder.

2. Updated the Intel Quick Sync Video encoder.

3. Improved the stability of the HEVC encoder.

4. Improved the Vulkan hooking compatibility.

5. Bugs fixed
- Undo/Redo of the eraser function didn't work properly in Screen Recording Mode.
- Multiple command line parameters didn't work properly. E.g.) bdcam.exe /nosplash /record
- Other minor bugs have been fixed.
