I can't use bandicam because it crashes on start up.
I've tried to uninstall/reinstall but without success.

My OS: Win10 64bit build 15063.322

I've tried a Win10 rollback to version 15063.296 and the Bandicam application works fine.

Are you aware of incompatibility with the cumulative update KB4020102 for Windows?
