1. Added the control bar move up/down button on the rectangle window.

2. Added the Hotkeys tab under the Advanced options menu.
3. Bugs fixed
- The video resolution was changed when the height was longer than the width (such as 1440 x 2560).
- The preview status of the webcam changed to red even if the webcam did not open.
- Other minor bugs fixed.
