NO serial 3 days after payment

What is going on with so many serial numbers not provided by your business when you do get payed and money is withdrawn from account?
You must have record of receiving it so why is someone NOT taking care of it, why i have to nudge you to do it? It puts bad shade on your practice for sure ... I'll be more then happy to apologize for such comment if problem is on my end, but money went away and it was sent to you, please straighten this out
