Bandicam 2.2.2 (05/19/2015) - Nvidia NVENC H.264 encoder

Please review the Bandicam changelog below:

1. Improved the recording stop speed when the .AVI container is used.

2. Fixed the failure to use the Nvidia NVENC H.264 encoder with the latest NVIDIA graphics card driver (v352.86).

3. Frames are no longer dropped at the beginning of recording when the Nvidia NVENC H.264 encoder is used.

4. Other minor bugs fixed.
