Can I get a refund after registering the serial number?
You cannot get a refund, resell the license, or change the email address associated with the license if you have already registered the license.
1. If your serial number has not been registered, we will refund you within 14 days of purchase.
2. If your serial number has been registered, we will not offer a refund.
You can use the license for the period of contract (usually one year or a lifetime) without additional costs.
You can also reuse the license on another computer if you unregister Bandicam or your current computer is broken.
Go to https://bandicam.com/buy/ and enter the email address in the license check section if you lost the serial number. The license will then be sent to your email again.
