So, I have been using Bandicam for over a year now, with no issues.

Only in the last month the software has become redundant and pointless in using.
When attempting to record ANY gameplay footage through the "Game Recording Mode" the moment I press the Hot Key to record, the game crashes. Pick your game, any game, it crashes.

Now, I found one thread (viewtopic.php?t=403) granted it is from 2011 but this particular person at one point was advised to reinstall the operating system!?!?!

I am not quite sure exactly what is going one but after updating, unstinting and reinstalling I am in the same position. Unable to use a product I have payed for.

Can anyone shed light on this issue, it would help MASSIVELY

Did you use the latest Bandicam?

I do not mean to offend you, but sometimes the simplest solution is also the one that is most-overlooked.

I had similar issues in the past, but most of the time whenever I update to the latest version of Bandicam, the crashing went away.

Other times, simply loading Bandicam LAST (after the game has started for example) would workaround these crashes. Somehow DX11 hooking seems more complicated than DX9...

It might be a problem with your AMD/NVIDIA graphics card driver.
Please try the latest version of Bandicam (http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/).

You may also try other codecs such as XVID, MPEG-1, Motion JPEG.

Both suggestions chaps have of course been tried. Latest version of Bandicam as well as my GPU's both being the latest versions

I have tried every single possible video codec that I am given the option of changing. It's Incredibly odd as it has worked fine all year, but without any system changes, one day just decided to crash every game the millisecond i press my record hot-key.

Trying to record from the window capture is horrible too as frame rates drop horribly. Been recording at HD 60 fps for ages with the software and now suddenly Direct X capture crashes every single game
