Hello everyone. I need some help since I have a constant frame drop issue with bandicam on games. The majority of times I record a gameplay session, the final capture miss some fps so that the average fps of the captured video are roughly 0,5 less than the fps target (example 60fps target give me a 59.50 average fps). This happens in all "recent" and " fairly demanding" titles, like metro exodus, uncharted 4, shadow of doubt, deep rock galactic and others. Older games like batman arkham asylum and bioshock remastered and deus ex human revolution seems to don't have this problem.
I play at 2560x1440 72fps full-screen and record at the same resolution and 60fps using hvec.
My pc specs are:
I9 10900k
Rtx3070ti
64gb 3200 mhz
Samsung 970 evo 1tb ssd nvme (where games are installed)
Seagate barracuda 2t 7200RPM hdd (where recording are saved)
I've a clean and relatively recent, updated, windows 10 installation and I am obsessed with clearing useless bloatware and background processes, so I've nothing running with the game and bandicam that isn't OS related (I don't even have GeForce experience). All games, programs, drivers etc... are up to date.
I've tried:
-using various different quality and fps settings both in games and bandicam
- setting bandicam as high priority
- recording with all fans at 100% (even if I'm far below hight temperatures)
At this point in out of ideas and I will appreciate any suggestion. Thank guys.
